A Talent Passport isn’t a CV. Every line on it says exactly what was checked — and what wasn’t — so the employers reading it can trust it before they ever message you.

Where you are

In school, or anywhere around NYSC.

Undergraduates and final-year students are welcome as they are. Say where you are with NYSC on your passport: employers filter by it, so the ones looking for exactly where you are will find you.

How it works

Four steps, and the last one is being found.

  1. 1

    Create your passport

Add your education, your NYSC status, your city and a one-line headline. It takes about five minutes.
  2. 2

    Add your best work

An app, a site, an API, a data project — anything you can link to. You can add up to 2.
  3. 3

    Prove you built it

Connect GitHub and we match the commits to your account, or put a small file or DNS record on a domain you own. Confirm your phone number too.
  4. 4

    Publish, and get found

Employers can search for you straight away, and when one opens your passport you see which company it was.

Our promise

Students pay nothing. Ever.

Creating a passport, publishing it, being found and replying are all free. And no real employer will ask you for money either: legitimate ones never charge for applications, interviews, training or uniforms.

If a message asks you to pay, we flag it in red, right under the message, and our team sees it too.
