What counts as a conversation?
The first message you send to a candidate opens a conversation and uses one credit. Everything after that, from either side, is free.
What if the candidate never replies?
If they don’t reply within 14 days, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. If you close the conversation yourself before they reply, it isn’t refunded.
What uses a daily view?
Opening a candidate’s full page. Search results and previews don’t, and opening the same person again on the same day is free. Free includes 5 a day; Pro includes 100.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. A Pro term runs for the month or year you paid for, then your account returns to Free. Credits already in your balance stay, and renewing early adds to your current term rather than replacing it.
Can I pay for a verified badge?
No. Verification is never for sale. The only way to show “Company registration verified with the CAC” is for us to check your registration.
Do students pay anything?
Never. Students don’t pay to join, to publish, to be found or to reply.
